the biggest reason why i decided not to ever work for an employer was because they dictate when and how long i could take vacation. even if i did get two or three weeks off a year, i would still have to go through loopholes on taking more than 5 days or if i'm lucky 2 weeks only. like who wants to travel halfway around the world that takes 12 hours to get there in 12 hours back and just go for two weeks only, or to enjoy a cruise liner that last for three or four weeks? for me, the number one goal was not money but just a freedom of only my own business. i really don't care about money, but i appreciate not having to not calculate everything i buy when i purchase stuff and things.
