I do this with an additional tumeric/ cayanne / apple / honey, i use tiny containers to freeze them in shot size batches and if u dont do it in the morning ill have in the evening with hot water 😍 …. You need a ninja juicer! @Ninja UK

Noo! I know so many NHS doctors/dietitians that say collagen supplements don’t work - the science is it just cannot be absorbed by ingesting @Jessica Little did a post on this and others, super helpful 💖
