@malibuthe1st: Hey everyone! This is Boosie, we rescued her a little over two years ago. The day I laid my eyes on her I knew that was the day I was gonna take her home with me, she was kept on a field chained to a tree with both of her bowls flipped upside down me not knowing how long it’s been since she’s ate or drank water and in that moment, right there, I made a decision. I made a decision. I was gonna take her home and take care of her until God calls her home. Sometimes in life, we don’t realize how much our dog goes through emotionally., but at this time when I found her, I was a broken person. Finally putting my life back together after losing my leg from getting hit by an 18 wheeler, pulling a kid out of a burning car.. even though I was walking around smiling I felt dead on the inside. I couldn’t accept me losing my leg and sometimes we just sit there and cry and couldn’t stop and every time I would start to cry Boosie would come up to me and start, licking me and sit down right there in between my prosthetic leg 🦿 and foot.. she was there for me when everybody in my life disappeared.
