Easy Crockpot Roast 🤤 Surprised @Tanner Wireman with his fav meal 🩷 Ingredients • 1 roast (chuck roast works best) • Salt & pepper • Onion powder • Garlic powder • 1–2 tbsp olive oil • 3 cups hot water • 1 heaping tbsp beef Better Than Bouillon • 1 can cream of mushroom soup • ½ stick butter • 1 packet brown gravy mix • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix 1. Season & Sear • Season the roast with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. • Heat a little olive oil in a pan. • Sear the roast on both sides until browned. 2. Make the Gravy • Leave the drippings in the pan. • Add hot water and Better Than Bouillon. • Stir in cream of mushroom soup and whisk until smooth. • Let it simmer for 3–4 minutes. 3. Add to Crockpot • Place the seared roast in the crockpot. • Pour the gravy mixture over it. • Add butter, brown gravy mix, and ranch seasoning on top. 4.
