Ive been sleeping on buckwheat pillow for over 5 years, i got used to the noice pretty quick and honestly its the best pillow I’ve ever used. It stays cool and you can shape it how you like

I sooo admire your dedication, and I get it because pillows just aren’t pillowing these days.

Check out Plantule pillows, I have one with two different fillings and it’s the best!! The most quiet one is golden millet, I love that 🥰

I am also someone who's gone through many varieties of pillows and combinations etc and I have found latex pillows to be the best pillow by far. They are firm enough for support but soft on the face. They keep their shape and they stay cool. They come in varying thicknesses and shapes. There's really only 1 down side and that is they are quite expensive. However they also last a lot longer than other pillows. So if you consider that plus the amount you use it and the benefit it gives, then if you have the spare money or can save for it, it's well worth the investment.

The easiest but probably most expensive option is flying to Japan and getting a custom one made 😅 I've seen so many videos about how they measure and test and layer it and change it to your likes. And then they make it and you have it in a few hours time. It's on my list if I ever visit again 😂😅

Dont be worried about learning how to sew especially if you're doing a class! I feel like ppl make it out to be way more intimidating than it actually is. This pillow is a great idea tho! I wanted to use buckwheat but the noise was brutal 😭 putting the foam on top was a good idea

i made a log-like pillow with just buckwheat, not too full, so that it can indent and cradle my head and not get too flat or too full
