(I have a 2 month old) I bathe him at 7:45pm then feed him, he falls asleep around 8:15pm but like clockwork he’ll only sleep 20-30 minutes then get a burst of energy and won’t fall back asleep until like 9:30pm then he’ll go from 9:30pm to 2:00am then he’s up again at 5:00am what do I need to do differently?

My baby is 2 months old and is waking every 1.5-2 hours every night. He will give me one long stretch at the beginning (usually 3-4 hours) and then it’s every 1.5-2 hours after that and is harder to put back asleep/fussing past 3am. We Co sleep but I start him in his crib at night. He loves his routine and knows it’s time for bed after a bath and bottle and will fall asleep just fine but I think it’s cause I try to keep him up to make him super tired so I try to lay him down at about 8. But he wants to fall asleep sooner but I tried that and he was down for the night at 645 and woke up at 11 and he was wide for most of the night after that. What do i dooo

We were sleeping through the night until two weeks ago. He’s 4.5 months. Would you have the same advice?

For a 35 week preemie, would you start sleep training at 3 months actual? Or 3 months corrected?

My baby is 12 weeks he takes 5 naps and he will wake up if he goes to sleep around 7-8 and won’t get the long stretch until after that last wake window so around 9:40-10 and then frequent night wakes after the stretch

Our baby is 14.5 weeks old and we have transitioned out of the swaddle, he’s now in his crib, he falls asleep after bath/bottle/book with a little help from us but we put him in his crib awake. We do go in and soothe him crib side after a few minutes but it only takes about 1 minute max for him to fall asleep. But we cannot stop the 3 or 4 AM wake up. The only way we can get him to fall back asleep is by rocking him and then if we try to transfer he wakes up immediately.

My baby is almost 5 months old, most of the time we feed him to sleep, but sometimes we’re able to feed and put down. His bedtime is 8 PM and he wakes up around 1am then again at 5am. Do I still need to push the bedtime earlier?

My almost 4 month old sleeps independently for naps and bed time as long as they have a pacifier but now I’m finding myself replacing it constantly all night, and they short nap all day unless held. Any advice?

my baby does hour long stretches until after midnight. his long stretch is 2.5-3hrs, on rare occasions he'll do 4 or 5. then up every hour again. he's only sleeping a total of 8hrs at night, 4-5hrs in the day. but at least he's consistent? 🤷♀️

My baby is 6 weeks old and has started consistently waking up every hour starting at 3am. Is it okay to move her bed time to an earlier time or is she too young? She goes to bed around 9pm
