My brother basically lost his arm after a motorcycle crash, and he ended up learning to use his left hand and he's a welder now! It's amazing what we can do after a loss, it's not easy but it's an accomplishment to pick ourselves up and push on.

Have you considered getting a prosthetic? Because missing the whole arm might cause severe problems on your back later on in live due to the lack of weight
