NEVER and I say it again NEVER get a positive LH. Only when I took letrozole. Used to take the test at 4 pm… I did one around 9 pm on CD10, and got my first positive.

Tracked twice a day every day after my period ended! And on the days it got darker I would test sometimes 3 or 4 times!! Right on the money!!

hey you, if I could give you a tip for your journey.. morning urine is not the way to go for LH but everything in the afternoon is great, for me even late at night like 11pm, that's when I get my high readings :)

Also make sure you try to do a 2 hour liquid/urine hold to ensure it’s not too diluted and your LH has time to build up too!! (I was having the issue with it being too diluted haha)

I was using those but had better luck in the afternoons for darker lines. I switched to the digital ones and they are a game changer. I never could find my surge but I’m on my first round of Letrozole and I got a happy face with the digital ones! But I took one of those at the same time and there was barely a line

Take your BBT daily ! I did morning & night until I got pregnant. Started at low 97 until I hit 99 & I knew I got pregnant.

The clear blue advanced digital are worth the money to me and easier to read, less stressful in my opinion, way easier to keep track for me. They have an app you can download. You can order them on Amazon too.

Best times is 10am to 8pm but 2pm-5ppm is the sweet spot. Hold urine and limit liquids for 2 hours

Mira helped me get 3 positive ovulations in a row after not getting one positive on the LH strips. It also tells you if you are producing enough progesterone and long enough to know if you actually ovulated and not just had an LH surge. This is what actually gives you the right info if you ovulated successfully but had a good enough window for implantation.
