I think maybe the whole group ended up in some kinda trouble with the guys who attacked him and that's why his friends left. I think the bad guys may have spotted him and he ran. They might've eventually found him. Or he could've had a brain injury from the punch and it caused paranoia or could've been the meds as the video stated.

while he was at the doctor in the varna airport a construction worker entered the room and he frantically started screaming that he didn't want to die and just started sprinting out to the unknown.My conspiracy is that he was so so paranoid about being followed and stalked that he just activated his survival instincts.Also an ear injury can cause a lot of cognitive issues so no wonder why he was paranoid.And if i was in his place i would run too thinking that that worker was out to get me.Still so sad that no one has seen him since and when i go to a beach vacation in Bulgaria i always stay alert if i see him.😞
