all i know..is a lady posted she pulled the phone records to her apple watch...the last thing time was around 415p..and nothing after that..it showed her appt, pictures of the kids, and her steps and health data..but nothing after that time..do with that what you will..but its weird there is no health data...

correct me if I'm wrong but you don't need internet for your phone to run you need service and data unless you're at home using your Wi-Fi and connected to but you can always disconnect the Wi-Fi to make a phone call on your phone plan
