I’m old enough to have watched the trials of Casey Anthony, George Zimmerman, MJ’s doctor, I think some of Jodi Arias too - this is hands down the most disorganized and unprofessional prosecution I’ve seen of a televised trial.

Retired homicide detective here and I HATE the prosecution team. I’ve never seen more than three children’s autopsy pictures presented to a Jury before this case. This is inflammatory and I concur with a previous post that they’re continuing to destroying her mental health.

I truly believe that the prosecution feels they cannot win based on the facts. They think they can't win if they argue that she was sane. So they're attempting to emotionally manipulate the jury by sharing a horrific level of detail, in hopes it will make them hate Lindsey.

Sadly, I have to say that as a defense attorney, I’m sure he is hyper aware of how bad this is coming off for the prosecution. To have the corpses of babies shoved in EVERYONE’s faces while the mother sobs uncontrollably, it’s a very very very bad look for the prosecution and I’m sure he is painfully aware of how this is actually beneficial for Lindsay.
