I have been feeling heavy conviction about quitting smoking and vaping. But my husband also does it and everytomw I being it up he shuts it down instantly and I know people say why don’t you just quit without him? It’s not that easy when you see him everyday doing it and it’s in your house everyday. I’ve been praying so hard that God will change his heart and get closer to him but it’s been so long I don’t know what to do anymore 😔

It’s not the withdrawal that’s hardest—it’s the grief. It almost feels like losing a friend, the thing I ran to through stress, pain, and hard seasons. But God is teaching me that what I thought was my comfort was never my true source of peace. I’m learning to choose faith over fear and let Him fill that place instead. 🙏🏽

He called me away from energy drinks. Let me tell you, the difference between trying to quit that stuff on my own vs with Him? Night and freaking day. Haven't had a single one since February, and yeah that may seem small, but it's been a HUGE change and improvement in my life.

God forced me into withdrawals from EVERYTHING - energy drinks, weed, pills all at the same time. I was SICK, and I was having dreams of passing/dispelling demons (Jesus casting them out of me). Guess what? Found out tonight I’m pregnant. I’ve had two miscarriages and years of infertility. Those withdrawals were a little over two weeks ago, right when implantation was happening. It was so hard, but He didn’t spare me and He got me through. God is so good y’all, I don’t have desires for any of it anymore and He was the one who commanded me to take a pregnancy test this evening. Hallelujah!

I had intense withdrawal symptoms after quitting 🍃 cold turkey for one day then my mom had my entire family fast for me in prayer ( she just told them I was sick tho) and the next day I had no symptoms and also gave my life back to God that same day cause I went back to church

I smoked c I g s for 10 yrs, God revealed it was keeping me in bondage, I was scared but I prayed and told the Lord you will have to help me with desire for do if I can on my own, the next day not one urge been about 300 days
