All of these places is how you personally pronounce them. I’m a born Canadian and after 40 years no one has ever pronounced Vancouver with a “g”….its VAN-COO-VER.

A Montréal anglophone generally doesn’t pronounce it the fully French way when speaking English, even if they speak French perfectly. You’ll hear things like: “I grew up in mun-tree-AWL.”
