I’m on letrozole, taking myo-d-chiro inositol, maca root, CoQ10, prenatals, and metformin, and tried musinex for the first time while on semaglutide I lost 50 pounds and counting. Nothing has worked for me yet. I have PMOS, I ovulated/peaked with the clear blue advanced ovulation tests this cycle, just waiting. It’s my 4th round with letrozole. Just waiting now, I’m only 2 DPO.
