@lelolaislife: Theres lots of programs available for you. You just have to show you’re serious. When I contacted my broker I had a manilla envelope with all of the things I did. Before her all other brokers would make me pay for a credit check then deny me. I really think showing that I was serious worked in my favor. Stay the course, I started off on the phones and HATED it but proved myself and received my promotion. Also just so you know you don’t have to work at the same place for the 2 consecutive years. I’ll let any mortgage brokers chime in, in the comments.
