She has not ever admitted to doing the crimes, hence why we are in a trial. In her criminal trial (the one going on right now), she pleaded not guilty. They need to prove she did it in the first place beyond a reasonable doubt (and I think the prosecutions case is looking like Swiss cheese).

Lindsay deserves compassion, grace, and humanity; I believe she was a loving, devoted mother who became profoundly ill despite desperately seeking help. I hope people can look beyond the worst moment of her life and see the human being who was suffering underneath it all.

I’ve enjoyed watching your takes on this but pls tell things the right way. The judge said at the beginning of trial that the jury has to find her NOT guilty UNLESS the commonwealth can prove without a reasonable doubt that she’s guilty. If the jury finds her not guilty, that’s it. However, if they find her guilty, then they move into the 2nd part of what this trial is about, if she was sane or not when she committed the crimes. This is 2 trials in one. You guys telling people that she admitted to it and blah blah blah, aren’t speaking all the facts. Lindsay has pled not guilty. It’s up to the jury to decide.
