We’re looking to stop in the next 12 months. Our list of possible states are: Virginia (coastal), North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, or northern Alabama!

After 2.5 years traveling we’re settling down. My almost adult kids have picked Kalispell MT. I said I’d rent a house for the winter and see how it goes. I don’t know where I’ll end up. I miss my family but I don’t think I can ever go back to Louisiana, I’ve changed too much, I know so much more now. I don’t know what to do but we are done traveling. Hoping I’ll make friends and start a great lifetime career and that it will anchor me some.

Same.. tried Workamping and it’s a no go (my daughter is miserable), applying for remote jobs with no luck. I don’t want to go home! We did this for a reason and I’m holding onto faith that it will work out!!

When you can go anywhere, no place is perfect. Or at least, perfect is hard to find

After a couple years we bought land to stay on in the winter and still traveled half the year. A few years after that, we bought a second property. Both had well and septic at purchase, we added electric to both. Now we bounce between the two properties. Fulltime in the RV for almost 10 years.

Spent a year FTin, figured out we missed camping. Sold our home in TN and still wanted to travel. Found a villa in FL that we can leave whenever we want and now thats what we do. We leave for a few weeks and we can keep going if we want…. We went from part time to full time to anytime….

We ended up back in VA where my family is a few years ago. It took me 6 months or so to adjust but I’m so glad now we settled back down. We still travel a bunch but my kid needed some more stability and he’s thriving. He made memories on the road he wouldn’t get elsewhere but is also making memories in a stationary life he wouldn’t have if we were on the road.

We thought we were ready to stop and we were in the process of buying a house in VT. It ended up falling through and I am so thankful! We aren't quite ready to stop anymore. But we have no idea where we even would if we were! 😩

Full time for just about 7 1/2 years, coach sold, building a house on 10 acres in Tennessee. Gonna look for a smaller rig in about 6 months to take mini vacations in. Full time lifestyle isn’t the same anymore…

Our goal was always to enjoy this for a time, and while doing so find somewhere we’d like to buy land/build a barndo. Everywhere snows or is too hot in summer(14 years farming in AZ and not doing that again) or…. Something else!😂 I just want 2 homes maybe? But then how do you lay down roots?

We sold our home in South Carolina nearly 2 years ago and have been on the road ever since. We are always questioning whether to continue our journey or settle down. It’s like we want to do BOTH.

We live stationary right now in our 5th wheel and we love it; we stay longer periods places - when the itch to move or try somewhere new comes we can and do. My kids thrive in this life - so no stopping anytime soon for us. But I can see how moving regularly could burn you out - we take it slow and keep it spontaneous!

We are full time, stationary. We couldn’t find remote jobs that suit our needs so we are “stuck” in our hometown. Things aren’t what we hoped but it’s ok. We are healthy and still surrounded by family. Making it work.
