@mrsmckennabarry: This is my day 2 hair with ZERO product in it. The results are even more beautiful when I have product from the day(s) before!! I’ve been steaming my hair for about a year now after @Rubi suggested it, and it’s been absolutely life changing. About 4 years ago, my hair texture COMPLETELY changed from pin straight, to slightly wavy, and now there’s sections with literal ringlets. It still stumps me why to this day it changed, but it’s been one of the best things to ever happen to me! If I brush my hair right out of the shower and don’t encourage my wave/curl pattern at all, it’s definitely a looser wave. But if I encourage the curl pattern, I have such definition these days!
