F*CK or SUCK 🥪🤔 Oatmeal Chicken Breakfast Sandwich This one looks super simple but is it easy to make? 👨‍🍳 Ingredients, 1 serve ✅ Rolled Oats, 30g, 1.1oz ✅ Eggs, 2 large ✅ Water, 1 tbsp, 15ml, 0.5fl oz ✅ Everything Bagel Seasoning, 5g, 0.2oz (optional) Fillings ✅ Cooked Chicken Breast, 100g, 3.5oz ✅ Reduced Fat Cheese, 20g, 0.7oz ✅ Rocket, handful (approx. 20g), 0.7oz ✅ Hot Sauce (optional) ✅ Mustard (optional) 👉 Method 1. Scatter the oats evenly across a non stick frying pan. 2. Lightly sprinkle with water. 3. Crack the eggs over the oats and spread them out evenly. 4. Sprinkle with seasoning if using. 5. Cook until set, then carefully flip. 6. Add the chicken, cheese, rocket and hot sauce to one side. 7. Fold over and cook for another minute until the cheese melts. 8.
