The bones are the best for flavoring lots of dishes. You can also make bone broth and seasoned beans and greens, etc.. yum.

Beef bones and a few veggies can turn into beef broth. Beef suet can be rendered to make tallow. Picana and flank steak are great for things like fajitas and such
