Closing a week before your appointment or mom is dealing with the only “good” pharmacy in the area that takes Medicare and Medicaid and their prescription plans, sent a text asking where she wanted her records sent? Didn’t announce it, didn’t have a story in the newspaper. Just where you want your records sent. Gave them 72 hours.
