Are you proposing power hour offering during CA peak hours? If not vulnerable people, disabled, those on in home medical devices which depend on electricity, pets, elderly, and children might be swayed due to financial relief at their own cost; yet, the honus on ethics and morals of that choice when they hard on funds lies on u with that proposal. If you have so much “that u can’t make use of , goes to waste, or u pay to go out of state” wouldn’t it make more sense to boost one’s own economy and the tax payers that afforded u that waste before asking them for more (use less) packaging it as a win for those that made that already contributed to what u say we waste made that possible yet we let them suffer instead? Interesting

I mean, there is a much easier way. Stop allowing pge to raise rates, and the state can just pay the first $100 of everyone’s bill. Benefits everyone, simple, easy peasy.

I just saw an ad for pg&e that they lowered rates 4x since 2024; funny how it didn't mention they also raised them about 6x in the same time frame

I paid a lot of money for my solar trying to do my part and in the afternoon when it’s really producing power that gos to PG&E, who pays me pennies on the dollar of what I then pay them when I need to use thier power .Why not make those producers of solar get the same pay as charged, that’s what really makes it fair and would encourage more people to produce clean energy.
