Wait the only part the client was right about was the stylist using professional terminology that only other stylists will understand. This is why ive learned to in lack of. abetter term dumb it down so these clients understand what im saying to them. Believe it or not clients do not understand terms like "lightening" or "regrowth" and for us as stylists to expect them to know when theyre literally not educated and did not go to school or continuing education is the problem here.
