15 yrs as a 911 dispatcher. I am actually not interested in what he said on the call because it does not change the other evidence. Callers lie all the time, they act out they sceam and cry just the same as a one not lying. Some of the most traumatic calls I have taken no one is screaming. Everyone reacts differently to trauma and panic.
