@rhondacareerresetcoach: RUN YOUR OWN RACE You keep thinking you’re behind because you’re watching somebody else’s race. Run. Your. Own. Race. Somebody else got the promotion faster. Somebody else built the business sooner. Somebody else bought the house, found the relationship, made the money, took the leap. Good for them. But their timeline is not evidence that yours is wrong. You don’t know what they started with. You don’t know what they sacrificed. You don’t know what their assignment is. And they don’t know yours. Your only job is to keep moving toward the life that belongs to you. Because the minute you stop looking left and right, you’d be surprised how much ground you can cover. So tell me: What would you do differently if you stopped worrying about whether you were “behind”? You’re not running against them. You’re building YOUR life. Stay in your lane, honor your timing, and keep moving. 🏁 #AICreate #YouVsYou #CareerReset #levelup #CareerTok
