I'm 4 months post hemorrhagic stroke paralysing my right side which was my dominant side. Brushing my teeth was one of the frustrating things to do. But the more I did it the more it came back to me like before.

I wasn't affected that much since my ischemic stroke in April of 2025. Had a Neurologist appointment the other day. Seems I've had an additional 2 to 3 strokes since then. Luckily they haven't affected me that much as much as I can tell. Maybe my speaking and issues with words.

I can vouch for trying too do house chores to get my right hand somewhat functional again, it decibel helped. My right side is still like.. 2/3 weaker then my left, but at least I can use my hand/arm still. I also played with cat toys with my cats, believe it or not.. they helped a bit too.😂

Couldn’t agree more I feel like forcing myself to do all the daily things I would do before helped so much…. Brushing teeth, folding laundry, dishes, making the bed!!!
