They didn’t attack the research space. If you look into it, those companies were using language promoting human use (dosage calculator, suggesting protocols etc) this would not be compliant in the research. Research space = not for human consumption, to stay safe, stay compliant yall ✌️

They are legally trying to get it labeled as bio something (sorry can’t remember the exact term) instead of Amino. They stating that it is more than 40 Amino which is what the classification for a peptide. Peptides are something your body creates and can’t be patented typically. By having recategorized they can take some possession of it. Which. Is what they are trying to do for a 12 year stint.
