The anger of just watching people subjected to this on video is a lot. How will this not just create more violence from people subjected to this or bystanders seeing it happen. If these really work that way, it’s going to hit people viscerally. Taser reactions aren’t even this level of crying out the same way. This is just psychologically upsetting enough for anyone in view to provoke more emotional response.
