THIS IS REALLY PRETTY WOAAWW. Personally I don't know how exactly to help you with those, but my go-to is always to study art I like or the basics/fundamentals of what I need to work on. Such as trying to recreate an image (or parts of it) only from looking at it, or breaking a form of anatomy I struggle with down into shapes.

So this is absolutely GORG and if I managed to produce something this good I’d literally be praising whatever’s out there. I’m not an expert but something I’ve noticed, especially with pieces like these, is that having a pop color really helps bring the palette together and help the other colors stand out. For example the overall tone of this piece of art is very cool, so adding in a few very selective pops of something warm like a red, maybe even just as reflections in the eyes, would help the piece stand out.
