I saw an attorney on here say that it was filed very last minute close to the 3yr deadline, and therefore rather than miss the opportunity for any complaint, every possible complaint was filed, which can then be amended after the criminal case when more information comes to light. You can only amend what’s there, not add?

I believe it was a 3 year statute of limitations so she filed it shortly before it expired. from my understanding. It definitely can be amended after the criminal trials findings.

I love hearing your insight into these attorneys since you work in the field and in the area. Have you spoken on Reddingtons reputation and skill? I saw a video that talked briefly about his past cases and how judges, attorneys and other people in the field said they would hire him to represent family members in criminal cases and his work with women who have been overlooked by the system and commit crimes later. I’d love to hear your insight (I’ll check your page to see if you’ve already talked about him). It sounds like Lindsey has quite the team, but I literally know nothing about that kind of thing.

I think it’s a real point to where society is at that they’d rather it be this salacious who done it played out in real life rather than just look at the facts. Not everything has to have entertainment value, I agree with what you said in another video, we need to shift the conversation to how so many people failed her, not come up with these nonsense theories of why she didn’t do it
