MAN. It’s like they know. Me and my wife been separated for over a month now. Before I left the house for work my 4 year old ran up to me and held out her dumpling squishy and randomly said “here daddy, in case you get sad today. If you get sad today, squish this.” And shoved it in my pocket. And I later had an argument about our future, basically she didn’t want to get back with me, rebuild the marriage, told me to go love someone else, yada yada. I told my buddy about the argument, then told her about my daughter doing that. And she said “oh god, you’re squishing it!?” I said yeaaaah, my daughter told me to if I got sad
