@thetessiers: Post-Op 3 weeks ACL Reconstruction REVISION LET Procedure Medial and Lateral Meniscus Repair Three weeks and there is definitely this feeling of time dragging. We are trying to stay positive and remind Carrington (and ourselves) that after she is weight bearing this moves a lot faster. So, if you are dealing with a meniscus injury - on top of the ACL - just know we are right there with you in the feeling “stuck” phase. We are still here, just not as much progression can be done right now until we hit that 6 week mark. For now, we’ve just been getting a whole lot of family time at home, some PT sessions and a quick target run in for school supplies. Some positives - we are no longer taking any medications for pain. Still icing pretty much 24/7, extensions look really good and heel slides be sliding. #acl #aclinjury #aclrecovery #aclsurgery #athlete
