If Gen Charity Matlou was instructed by Masemola to conduct the audit to begin with and she sends the preliminary report to IDAC, that makes her a very questionable character, we know who was fuelling IDAC to investigate CI and Medicare tender, it was the minister. I am connecting my own dots that IDAC, Gen Charity and the minister were in cahoot I think
