I love Swallow Cliff stairs. In 2022 I had worked up to 10 times up and 10 times down at the ripe age of 60. I went last year and couldn't make it past 5. 😂 I've been dying to get back there.

I love the people there that act like they’re not dying and try and smile when they’re going up. We’re all dying it’s ok to look sad lol

I googled how many times I should be able to do this for my age and fitness level. I was told I should go 15-20 times. I almost died after 5.

When I was young, we carried a keg up there, and partied until it was empty! 😂 Then we rolled it down the old rails! 😂 Like 30 yrs ago! 🤷♀️😂🥂
