the sameee thing happened to me with my diji osmo pocket 3 😒 literally exactly like this with blue tape ripped and stuck back on with clear tape. And everything else was delivered just not the camera. But Amazon customer services was able to send me another.

As former loss prevention for AMAZON, I would report it we can track it back and review cameras from the warehouse up until they loaded into their cars. Sometimes it’s the drivers just saying.

As a Amazon delivery driver I do the same thing if the package is cut open, damaged, or untaped I always bring it to the customer and show them the conditions of the box. Before I damage it out or give them the opportunity to make their own claims. The driver did right

i believe her, im a driver too and sometimes packages will be completely sealed and theres nothing in it, ive had to ask customers to check too because if it is empty then we can return it for them and it makes it easier for the customer to get a new one sent
