Daki (ume) never chosed to be a demon. Gyutaro made the choice for her. Well we all know nezuko story i don't have to explain it. Akaza (hakuji) said "i don't care" he didn't really chose to be a demon and all his memories were taken from him so he kept fighting without really knowing why. Tamayo was tricked. Muzan told her that if she become a demon she will live longer and her illness will not win. But she end up ea«» ting her family and forced to work for him until yoriichi showed and break away from his control
