We did the fall train ride. It was absolutely beautiful. We did first class and had dinner. The food was amazing.

An overlooked location in NC is Chalotte, NC.. this is cool too. I live in WNC so much to see and do tweetsie as far as amusement parks is top notch. like stepping back in time right down to the entrance process.

I did the open car during this summer. I did get 10% discount for military parking included. It cost me $70. I didn't buy the $14 meal. But you can carry on your own beverage and snacks. Beautiful view. Well worth it in my opinion
