The one thing that never understood about construction. If a project finishes on time and within budget the superintendent gets the credit; if it finishes late or over budget, it’s the PM’s fault.

Not all true. I work for a sub PM is in charge of everything procurement, budgets, pay-apps, submittals but the field is managed by someone else. You’re just paperwork pusher. COR’s etc.
