When I was a kid, adults were always saying, “We don’t know yet… there aren’t enough long-term studies.” Okay… so when do those long-term studies come out?! 😂 Because I’ve been waiting like 40+ years. Longitudinal studies are tricky because they can’t find the subjects or they die before they can get conclusive data… so most end up fizzling out
