homemade CINNAMON TOAST CRUNCH 🥣 it’s so rewarding, and surprisingly easy, to make your own cereal at home with a few wholesome ingredients makes 1 tray~ *120g @hollandandbarrett Almond Flour *120g oat or wholemeal flour *1 tbsp @hollandandbarrett High Fibre Milled Seed Mix + 4tbsp warm water *1 tbsp @hollandandbarrett 250+ MGO manuka honey *1/2 tsp salt *60g nut butter *1.5 tsp cinnamon *35ml plant milk *melted butter or olive oil spray *cinnamon sugar (I used monkfruit but any granulated sugar works) method: 🥣 first take the flaxegg by combining the flax with warm water and mixing 🥣preheat your oven to 180c 🥣 blend up all your ingredients with a food processor until smooth (should resemble a dough and come together but not be sticky - add a splash more milk or flour if needed) 🥣 roll between baking sheets about 2mm thick (thinner the crunchier) 🥣with a pizza cutter or knife cut into even squares 🥣spray with a cooking oil or brush with melted butter/oil then sprinkle over cinnamon sugar 🥣 bake at 180c for 14 minutes until golden, then remove from the oven, flip over and add a layer of the melted butter and cinnamon sugar to the other side and bake again for a further 5 mins until golden (option to not flip and leave cinnamon sugar coating on one side) 🥣 let cool completely and serve with milk of choice *store in an airtight container for upto 2 weeks . . . . #homemadecereal #healthybaking #cinnamontoastcrunch #curiouslycinnamon
