Spaghetti al Limone 🍋🍝 Bright, buttery, creamy, and packed with fresh lemon flavour — this Spaghetti al Limone is the perfect quick Italian pasta for any day. * Cracked black pepper * 2 tbsp unsalted butter * Zest of 1 lemon * Juice of ½ lemon * 1 garlic clove, crushed * 130g spaghetti * Handful of fresh basil * 2–4 tbsp grated Parmesan * 1 tbsp unsalted butter * Salt 1. Toast the cracked black pepper in a pan, then add 2 tbsp butter. 2. Stir in the lemon zest and lemon juice. 3. Add the crushed garlic clove and let it gently infuse the butter. 4. Add al dente spaghetti with a splash of pasta water. Remove the garlic clove. 5. Toss well until the pasta is coated. 6. Add basil, Parmesan, and the remaining 1 tbsp butter. Toss until silky and creamy, adding more pasta water if needed. 7. Finish with extra Parmesan, fresh basil, and a little lemon zest on top. #lemon #spaghetti #butter #pasta #homecooking
