Made basically an olio sacram with banana peels. It was delicious so I made a bunch and froze it. It basically lost all flavor in the freezer. Any idea why?

Oooooh. I’m going to have to try the oleo sacchrum+fresh banana extraction next time, I normally just use the peels. I bet that makes it feel really balanced and well rounded and full bodied!
