I am literally putting my AC to 65 right now...because for me...it's 11 at night. I don't sleep ever. I am 6 years in to this perimenopause bs. from a female going thru this please men listen. I am fortunate to have a husband who honestly is still adjusting but is trying to be as supportive as he knows how. I am thankful for anything he can do. I have always been "the rock" in our family and a year ago even I tried to kill myself. not asking for sympathy or pity....just trying to explain this shit is real. PLEASE take it seriously.

Great news ! She told me about her hair falling out and her knee pain and her sleeplessness the many trips to the restroom..she won’t go the Dr , I said you need those things you said .. estrogen testosterone, and whatever else it was. And she said she don’t want pills but something natural ? Any hep on that ? Thanks love your show 😁

Lmao insomnia is not a real issue pfffft. Um, I’ve been dealing with insomnia for over 3 decades. I’ve been on every rx under the sun. Insomnia is so much a very very very real thing….not just in menopausal women either, that just made it 100x worse!

I must have a exception to the rule, my husband has (even though neither of us knew for years what it was) always supported me and has never complained about what I (we both) have been going through. These men and their assumptions make me feel extremely sympathetic towards their spouses and quite angry as well.

It’s trial and error finding the right meds. My biggest is not sleeping and than I lose my cool to the point of anger, rage, sever depression. I say and do things I do not mean and I feel like I am out of my body watching it all happen when I can snap myself out of it I feel terrible

Can’t sleep and I don’t remember when I have even had a dream. Luckily I have a wonderful husband and gives me a hard time about he can’t sleep because of me. But he does it all in fun. But it is still very hard. And I feel sorry for women that don’t have a supportive husband like I do. It is very sad.
