It’s a safe food. He doesn’t know why it doesn’t trigger him but it doesn’t so he knows it’s safe to eat. He doesn’t know what is in other stuff which could not be safe.

This guy is 100% correct. I have histamine intolerance and McChicken causes no flares. I think it’s because it’s frozen from fresh. I am talking UK McDonalds

By fresh, he means freshly cooked. When food sits out or in the fridge it starts to develop histamine. It’s annoying but it’s a real thing.
