There are some Banks that are able to incorporate Bank Fees + Insurance premium for the first year and valuation into your loan amount. First home buyers can always enquire if they have the option of incorporating all fees together for convenience. DLPP Transfer fees are usually included in the Bank Fee as well. Great post for first home buyers 😊

Thank you for the information...If possible may you indicate how much is the property worth? Some places like Sky views and other areas, homes prices are skyrocketing...like the minimum is K800,000.00.
