I know I know 🙋♀️I will NEVER go back there. They charged me an insane amount to paint paisleys nails and were incredibly rude to us. I left a review online and the owner proceeded to call me and argue with me 🤯

I used to go there and stopped because of how rude the owner was to other guests. I witnessed him yelling at multiple people. Sad part is they have soooo many good techs.

This place is the worst. I won’t go to a nail salon anymore that has chandeliers, fancy chairs, etc. I want an old time, mom and pop nail salon. This place sucks so bad that it ruined JoJo because now they’re always slammed with the customers that stopped going to Ombré. Gaitkeeping my new go to salon in West Columbia

I was there once and a woman walked in and asked if they were hiring. They put her to work immediately. Didn’t check to see if she had a license or anything.
