There’s a lot of older cs pros. I think this game is just so random and it’s hard to be consistent so older players would rather play something like cs where if you play for years the mechanics don’t have bloom or so many different variables

Let's be real reaction time doesn't get significantly worse as you get older it's just that when you've spent the past decade and a half sitting in front of a computer all day the wear and tear is a lot worse than for an 18-21 y/o. You're more prone to wrist and back injuries at that age. So long as you're physically fit there isn't a real reason why a 30 y/o should be worse than a 21 y/o.
