If he gets social security he should look into other states for housing. I know there a place in Texas my mom had a little apartment for 300 a month due to her social security. She than moved in with me to help me with my son. But there are places in other states that are not like California is for the elderly

You know this is so sad. I’m sure if this person had somewhere to store all their belongings or had a home or an apartment. They wouldn’t be driving with their vehicle this way and putting themselves at risk of an accident or others. What is the US coming to have to make a choice what’s more important to you gotta let go some stuff cause that vehicle is barely holding onto its wheels
