Definitely not enchiladas. Enchiladas are made with corn tortillas,homemade red enchilada sauce. Not salsa & cream of chicken soup

As a New Mexican we definitely do our enchiladas a lot different. We use corn tortillas, real green chile, some of us do use cream of chicken soup & all the seasoning. I can’t get past the pace, but hey, everyone makes things different.

Maybe because I am Hispanic I would use corn tortillas but that looks good anyways to me it would be too mushy

If you’re in Denver, hopefully you’ve heard of Sadies in Albuquerque! You should try Sadie’s salsa, it is so much better than Pace, and you can get it at Walmart!!! I lived in New Mexico for 24 years, it is the best that you can get at the store!! Albertson’s/United/Kroger should also carry it.
