headed north up 7 st/ave? can’t use the turn lane from 6AM-9AM, it’s an extra lane for ppl headed south towards downtown. it switches at 4PM-6PM and becomes an extra lane/turn lane for ppl headed north AWAY from downtown. it’s for peak traffic hours since most ppl work in the city but its an absolute buns system !!
